乳腺癌中E-钙黏素分子调节机制的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 细胞之间黏附较差是肿瘤细胞的一项重要的基本特征。有研究表明,细胞间黏附主要受多种膜蛋白调节,钙黏蛋白家族是其重要的成员,其中E-钙黏素(E—cadherin)是近年来研究的较多的一类肿瘤抑制因子[1]。
