摘要
斯塔福德·比尔遵循富勒有关张拉整体结构的观点,提出一个有价值的组织管理模型——团组协整模型。该模型在组织结构设计与系统沟通中,强调组织成员之间、团组之间的协同效应,将组织内部隐含的潜在多样性最大化地利用和发挥出来,促进新思想、新知识的突现以及组织成员学习能力的提高。该模型在组织结构设计、自组织管理、心智共享等三个方面对民主管理有重要的启示作用。
Stafford Bill followed Fuller's view of tensile integrity structure, and made a valuable model of organization management. Team in coordination, which emphasizes synectics between members in the organization structure design and system communication, better utilizes the implicit diversity within the organization. It promotes the emergence of new ideas and new knowledge, and raises learning capabilities of members in the organization. TS model had important implications of the organizational structure design, self-organization management and mind shared in democratic management.
