随着代谢组学相关技术的不断发展,代谢组学在疾病的研究和临床诊治中正发挥着越来越重要的作用。代谢组学技术在高脂血症临床和动物病理模型研究的应用取得了一定的进展。基于已报道的文献,本文主要综述了代谢组学在高脂血症动物模型、药物治疗以及临床研究等的应用进展,可为高脂血症的研究及代谢组学在高脂血症的临床应用提供一定的参考价值。

With the development of metabolomics technologies, metabolomics is playing more and more important roles in disease studies and clinical diagnosis and treatment. Metabolomics has been used to investigate the metabol- ic profiling of hyperlipidemia in clinical trials and animal pathological models. Based on previous literatures, this ar- ticle mainly presents an overview of the recent development in the field of metabolomics for hyperlipidemia in animal model, drug treatment, clinical application, etc. , and provides a certain value for hyperlipidemia researches and clin- ical applications.
