我国民办高校学费标准与教育成本的关系研究——以H省民办高校为例

The Research on the Relationship Between the Tuition Fee and Educational Cost in Non-Governmental Higher Schools: a Case Study of Province H

民办高校学费水平过高会给学生及其家庭造成沉重的负担,加剧高等教育资源分配的不平等。通过对H省各类型民办高校的学费标准、在校学生数和教师薪酬进行分析,获得不同类型的民办高校直接人工费用占总成本的比例范围。研究结果能够从横向和纵向两方面评估民办高校学费标准和人工费用支出的合理性,为降低民办高校学费标准、减少非教学支出、优化民办高校师资队伍等政策制定提供实证基础。

The high tuition fee will establish a heavy burden for the students and their families,and will enhance the inefficiency of allocation of educational resource. By analyzing the characteristics of high education tuition fee standard, quantity of existing students and teachers＇ earning, we can calculate the percentage of non- governmental school＇s direct labor cost and total cost. From comparing the percentages with other similar schools, the research results could realize the scientism and rationality of tuition fee. This model will provide the empirical evidences for policy design about lowering the tuition fee standard,decreasing the non-teaching spending and optimize the structure of teachers.
