沉管施工法在北京二热余热锅炉改造中的应用

以北京二热余热锅炉改造为例,对余热锅炉新增换热器施工过程中遇到的问题进行了分析,提出了采用沉管施工法的解决方案,并论述了详细的施工流程,最后对施工效果进行了研究,指出该工法既保证了工期又节约了成本。

Taking the reconstruction of HRSG modification at Beijing second thermal power plant as the example, the paper analyzes some prob- lems in the construction process of the additional heat exchanger in heat recovery boiler, points out the solution scheme with the casing pipe meth- od, indicates the detailed construction procedure, researches its construction effect, and points out the method can ensure the construction period and save cost.
