Attention Points in Teaching of Straight Leg Raising Test

直腿抬高试验(SLRT)是腰椎间盘突出症患者的常规体检检查,也是脊柱外科临床教学重点内容之一。在教学过程中,应重视SLRT的解剖学基础、检查方法、结果判断及影响因素的教学,并分析健侧直腿抬高试验阳性的原因,让学生全面掌握SLRT基本知识及其在腰椎间盘突出症中的诊断价值。

The straight leg raising test （SLRT） is a routine physical examination for lumbar disc herniation, and is also one of the key contents in the clinical teaching of spine surgery. During teaching practice, the teachers should focus on the anatomical basis, physical examination method, results identiifcation, inlfuencing factors of SLRT, and analysis the cause of positive crossed straight leg raising test, which could let the students master the basic knowledge of SLRT and its diagnostic value for lumbar disc herniation.
