摘要
高校图书馆在开展了物业管理、安保系统、图书编目、数据回溯、盘库、书目加工等岗位社会化形式后,流通业务岗位社会化因其在降低成本、缓解内部矛盾、简化管理、提高工作效率与服务质量和快速解放人力资源等多方面的优点,成为现阶段高校图书馆岗位社会化的重要方法之一。文章通过对首都师范大学图书馆部分流通业务岗位社会化实例研究,探讨流通业务岗位社会化过程中存在的问题及应对办法,藉此为今后需要开展此项服务的高校图书馆提供参考。
University library has carried out socialization of jobs, such as the property management, security system, cataloging, date back and bibliographic data processing jobs, etc. Socialization of circulation business jobs can re^duce costs, relieve internal contradictions, simplify management, improve the work efficiency and service quality and solve the problem of lack of human resources, so it becomes one of the important methods of post socialization in university library at present stage. Taking the study on the part outsourcing of library management at Capital Normal University Library for example, the author of this paper tries to explore problems and countermeasures in the process of library outsourcing to supply libraries, aiming at Drovidinq reference for the universities that plan to launch the service.
