摘要 关于图书馆与出版社信息沟通的研究有助于提升图书馆文献资源建设的质量和内涵。基于腾讯QQ平台出版社馆配QQ群的调研,结合图书采编工作的具体实践,揭示馆配QQ群在为图书馆提供书目信息服务、促进业界沟通、防范馆配商的不良行为等方面的具体应用。出版社通过把全国各地的图书采访人员集中到QQ群这一网络平台,不仅有效地提高了本版图书在馆配市场中的占有率,同时也促进了图书馆界业务经验的互鉴与信息资源的共享,馆社携手对馆配商的动态监管也有效地提高了专业图书的到馆率。出版社还需加强对馆配QQ群的优化,进一步实现馆社双赢。 Research on the information communication between libraries and publishing house can be helpful for the quality and connotation elevation of library document resources construction. Based on an investigation on library suppliers' Tencent QQ groups, combining with book acquisition and cataloging practices, the author reveals the specific application of QQ groups in the bibliography information service for the end users, the realization of information sharing, and the prevention of suppliers' delinquent conduct. By gathering the book acquisition librarians across the country, a publishing house can not only effectively improve the market share, but also promote the sharing of library business experience and mutual learning and information resources. The dynamic monitoring of library service provided by the press to the libraries can effectively improve the rate of professional book of a library. The QQ groups should be optimized by the press in order to further realize the mutual benefit between the press and library.
