摘要
对酚醛树脂含量不同的木陶瓷试样进行电镜扫描处理,在采用数盒子法对电镜扫描图片进行网格化处理的基础上,通过数据统计得到木陶瓷平均孔隙面积盒子数与平均孔隙周长盒子数,研究不同酚醛树脂的含量对木陶瓷平均孔隙面积盒子数、平均孔隙周长盒子数、分形维数D。的变化趋势的影响。结果表明,当酚醛树脂含量在50%~70%范围内,随着酚醛树脂含量的增加,平均孔隙面积盒子数增加、平均孔隙周长盒子数增加、分形维数D0下降,实验证明了随着酚醛树脂含量的增加,木陶瓷表面孔隙边界的复杂程度降低,为研究冷杉木陶瓷表面摩擦系数的图像识别提供了参考。
Based on observation of the wood ceramics samples with different content of phenolic resin by Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the grid processing of SEM images by box-counting method, the box number of average pores area and the box number of average pore perimeter were obtained by mathematical statistics, and the influences of the content of phenolic resin on the change trends of the box number of average pores area , the box number of average pore perimeter and fractal dimension DO were studied. The results showed that when the content of phenolic resin was in 50 % - 70 % range, with the increase of phenolic resin content, the box number of average pores area, the box number of average pore perimeter increase, while the fractal dimension DO declines. This experiments proved that the complexity of surface pore boundary of wood ceramic will reduce with the increase of phenolic resin content, and this provided reference for further study on image identification of surface friction coef- ficient of Abies fabri wood ceramic.
