摘要
以现代海棠中的凯尔斯海棠、雪球海棠和钻石海棠5年生苗阳面当年生功能叶片为试验材料,研究低温胁迫(-4℃、-8℃、-12℃、-16℃、-20℃、-24℃、-28℃、-32℃)与4℃冷藏(CK)条件下的游离脯氨酸、丙二醛含量和相对电导率等生理指标的变化规律。结果表明,随着温度的降低,离体叶片的脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量和相对电导率都呈不同程度的增加趋势;对各项测定指标及变化幅度进行比较及分析,3种现代海棠的抗寒力排序为雪球海棠>凯尔斯海棠>钻石海棠。
The variation of Proline (Pro), malondialdehyde (MDA) and relative electric conductivity at low temperature stress ( -4℃, -8℃, -12℃, -16℃, -20℃, -24℃, -28℃, -32℃) and4℃ (CK) were studied by using functional annual leaves from 5-year-old seedlings of modern crabapples, namely Malus ' kelsy' , M. ' Snowdrift' and M. ' Sparker' The result showed that the content of Pro. MDA and relative electric conductivity presented an upward trend with the decrease of temperature. The cold-resistance capacity of these 3 modem crabapple was in the order of M. ' Snowdrift' 〉 M. ' kelsy' 〉 M. ' Sparker'.
