摘要
在 NH3- H2 O- NH4 Cl介质中 ,超痕量镍 ( )能阻抑 H2 O2 氧化甲基紫褪色的指示反应 ,研究了阻抑褪色反应的最佳条件和动力学参数 ,建立了测定超痕量镍 ( )的新方法。方法检出限为 4.4× 1 0 -11g/m L Ni( ) ,测定范围为 0~1 .0μg/2 5m L。方法已用于测定生物样品中的 Ni( )。
It was observed that nickel can sensitively inhibit the discoloration reaction of H 2O 2 oxidizing methyl violet in NH 3·H 2O NH 4Cl solution.The kinetic behavior of this reaction was investigated in detail and a method for determination of trace nickel was proposed. The detection limit is 4.4×10 -11 g Ni(Ⅱ) and the calibration curve is linear in the range of between 0 01~1 0μg/25 mL Ni(Ⅱ). It was applied satisfactorily to determination of trace nickel in liver of small white mice.
