糖链抗原724、癌胚抗原在结直肠癌术后患者血清中的表达及相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的检测结直肠癌术后患者血清中糖链抗原724(CA724)、癌胚抗原(CEA)的表达水平并观察两者的相关性。方法收集手术治疗后复发的结直肠癌患者38例作为观察组,无复发或转移的结直肠癌术后患者38例作为对照组,晨起空腹抽血,电化学发光法测定血清CEA、CA724含量,同时行Pearson相关系数检验CA724与CEA的相关性。结果观察组血清CA724、EA表达水平较对照组均显著升高(P<0.01),差异存在统计学意义;观察组CA724、CEA阳性率较对照组均升高(P<0.05),差异存在统计学意义;且两者显著相关,相关系数r=0.622(P<0.01)。结论结直肠癌患者外周血清中CA724、CEA的含量显著升高,并且血清中CA724水平与CEA水平显著相关。CA724作为结直肠癌术后复查指标的价值值得进一步研究。 ObjectiveTo detect the serum carbohydrate antigen 724 (CA724) and embryonic antigen (CEA) expression levels in colorectal cancer patients and observe the correlation between both of them. MethodsThirty-eight colorectal cancer patients as observer group; and 38 patients without recurrence or metastasis of cancer as control group. After taking the fasting blood, the serum levels of CA724 and CEA were detected using electrochemiluminescence method. Besides, the correlation of CA724 with CEA was tested using Pearson correlation coefficient. ResultsThe serum levels of CA724 and CEA were higher in colorectal cancer patients than those in the control group. And the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.01). In 76 patients, the serum levels of CA724 and CEA were significantly correlated, (correlation coefficient r=0.622, P〈0.01). ConclusionCA724 and CEA are significantly increased in the serum of advanced colorectal cancer patients..And the serum level of CA724 is significantly correlated with the serum level of CEA in colorectal cancer patients..CA724 as an follow-up indicator of colorectal cancer after operation of is worthy of further study.
