摘要
员工职业生涯规划和管理是企业管理中的重要组成部分。从企业对新进大学生职业生涯的设计和管理两个方面进行重点论述,指出企业通过帮助新员工实现个人职业的发展目标,同时实现企业的发展目标,从而达到个人和组织"双赢"的目标。只有个人目标与组织目标统一起来,形成生命共同体,才能使组织得以发展,使个人取得成功。从意义、发展、内容和实施上进行剖析,通过对新进企业的大学生进行有效、持续的职业生涯设计,使其连续地为企业创造价值,由此来激发其主观能动性,提出可操作性的建议和实施方法。
Career planning and management is an important part of management. From business to new college career in the design and management focuses on two aspects, pointing out companies achieve personal career development goals by helping new employees, while achieving business development goals, individuals and organizations to achieve "win-win" objective. Only personal goals with organizational goals unite to form a community of life, in order to enable organizations to develop, make personal success. From the significance of the development, content and implementation of the analysis carded out by the students of the new enterprise for effective and sustained career design to continuously create value for the enterprise, thus to stimulate their initiative, put forward workable recommendations and implementation methods.
