摘要
随着国家"走出去"战略的大力实施,国内各施工企业的海外经济活动逐渐增加,越来越多的建筑施工企业走出国门,开拓国际市场。但是,随之而来的突出问题就是各企业出现人才短缺的情况,如何招到人才、留住人才、用好人才成为各施工企业发展海外业务的关键,文章就这几个方面的问题进行了探讨。
With the national "going out" vigorously implement the strategy, the domestic construction enterprises overseas economic activity gradually increased, more and more construction companies to go abroad, to develop the international market.
