摘要
在测得Cu^(2+)致克氏原螯虾96 h LC_(50)的质量分数为30 mg/L的基础上,将螯虾分别暴露于质量分数为0 mg/L、0.5 mg,L、1.0 mg/L、3.0 mg/L、5.0 mg/L、10.0 mg/L的Cu^(2+)溶液中,在暴露24 h、48 h、72 h和96 h后,测定血淋巴ROS和血蓝蛋白含量。结果表明,螯虾血淋巴ROS含量呈现先被诱导上升后被抑制的趋势,Cu^(2+)具有能够抑制螯虾血淋巴细胞产生活性氧ROS的能力;血清血蓝蛋白含量先上升而后逐渐趋于稳定,最后显著上升。
