新型57H突变体和代表性籼稻品种间的SSR解析

摘要 GPH2是新型57H粳稻突变体,是研究水稻胚乳储藏蛋白质合成蓄积的理想材料。采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)、核酸凝胶电泳等技术,解析GPH2突变体与代表性籼稻品种(Kasalath、9311、N22、IR36)间的SSR多态性,得出一个结论:9311和GPH2具有最高频度的SSR多态性。该结果表明,该籼稻品种适合与突变体GPH2配型组合,用于突变基因的定位研究。 GPH2 57 h is a new japonica rice mutants, is the study of the accumulation of storage proteins in rice endosperm ideal material. Using polymerase chain reaction ( PCR ) , DNA gel electrophoresis technology, such as analytical GPH2 mutants with typical indica rice varieties ( Kasalath, 9311, N22, IR36 ) between the SSR polymorphisms, draw a conclusion: 9311 and GPH2 SSR polymorphisms with the highest frequency. The results show that the indica rice varieties suitable for combined with mutant GPH2 over, for the positioning of the mutated gene research.
