摘要 为新城疫是由新城疫病毒强毒引起的一种高度接触性传染病,以呼吸困难、下痢、神经机能紊乱、黏膜和浆膜出血等为典型特征,几乎所有的禽类对本病均有易感性,家禽中鸡的易感性较高。火鸡、鹌鹑、鹧鸪、鸽等禽类及一些观赏鸟甚至猫头鹰在内的肉食禽都可能被感染。孔雀被感染后可引起发病和死亡,且死亡率很高。2012年4月,宁夏某动物园暴发以精神沉郁、呼吸困难、下痢症状为主的疫病,经临床剖检和实验室分子学诊断,确诊为新城疫病毒感染。对病死孔雀做无害化处理,消灭传染源,采取措施1周后,疫情得到有效控制。 Newcastle disease (ND) is a highly contagious disease, caused by virulent NDV and characterized by dyspnea, diarrhea, neurological disorders, mucous and serous hemorrhage. Almost all the birds are susceptible to the disease, with chicken as the most susceptible species in poultry. Turkey, quail, partridge, pigeon and some ornamental birds and even birds of prey such as owl are likely to be infected. The peacocks may be infected resulting in high morbidity and mortality. In April 2012 at a zoo in Ningxia, a disease occurred in peacocks with depression, dyspnea and diarrhea as the main signs. The disease was confirmed as Newcastle disease through clinical autopsy and laboratory molecular diagnosis. And the disease was put under effective control one week after biosafety disposal of infected and dead birds and elimination of the sources of infection.
