摘要
观察53只家兔刺激SⅡ区对杏仁核痛单位电活动的影响,结果:刺激SⅡ区痛兴奋单位放电数目增多;痛抑制单位放电数目减少或暂停。电针穴位后,刺激SⅡ区对杏仁核痛单位电活动有明显抑制作用,提示:SⅡ区对杏仁核痛单位电活动有一定调制作用并参与针刺镇痛。
53rabbits were used to observe the effects of stimulating the S Ⅱ area on the electri-cal activity of the amygdala pain sensation neurons. The results are as follows: Stimulation ofthe SⅡ area caused an increase of the electrical discharges in the pain excitatory neurons, butmused a decrease or even an abolishment of the electrical diseharges in the pain inhibitoryneurom. The effects of stimulating the SⅡ ares on the amygdala pain sensation neurons were in-hibited after acupuncture. These experimental results showed that the SⅡ area has somemodulating effects on the electrical activity of the amygdala pain sensation neurons.
