浅议地方普通高校向高职院校转型中的师资队伍建设

随着高等职业教育的发展 ,部分普通高校面临着向高职院校转型的任务。这使得以往的教师队伍面临一系列新的问题。本文从实际出发 ,分析当前高校师资队伍的现状以及高职教育对专业教师的要求 ,提出为适应高职教育 ,普通高校教师队伍建设应采取的对策 。

With the developement of the advanced vocational education,some general colleges are changing into vocational ones.The author analyzes the situation of the teacher' force of the general college and present some requirements for professional teachers.In the transition,the teachers of general colleges should suit for the vocational education and tasks of research.
