摘要
认为煤炭企业海外投资存在战略定位和目标不清晰,缺乏国际化人才,缺乏有效的信息渠道,缺乏投资国原著民问题处理经验,劳工和设备标准的问题。介绍了冀中能源集团采用后进式市场进入发展模式,以及"桥头堡"战略、资本运营战略、本土化经营战略、一体化协同战略,并介绍了其目标国选择策略。
There are some problems in coal enterprise overseas investment: the strategic po- sitioning and ohiectives are not clear, the international talents, effective information channels, the indigenous people issues processing experience in investment recipient country and the labor and equipment standards are all deficient. This paper introduces that Jizhong Energy Group has a- dopted the backward-type market entry development mode and its strategies of " bridgehead", capital operation, localization operation and integrated collaboration, and it also introduces its target countries election strategy.
