基于AFA方法的煤炭企业全面风险管理评价研究

Research of coal enterprise's comprehensive risk management evaluation based on AFA method

根据煤炭企业面临的内外部环境,构建了由宏观环境、行业环境、安全管理、财务、运营、战略决策、资源7个一级指标及相应的32个二级指标组成的煤炭企业全面风险管理指标体系;结合层次分析法、模糊综合评价法和精确值评价法,提出了基于AFA方法的煤炭企业全面风险评价模型;通过实例计算证明,该方法能够有效评价煤炭企业全面风险管理水平,进而采取针对性措施降低企业风险。

According to the internal and external environment faced by coal enterprise, a coal enterprise＇s comprehensive risk management index system containing 7 first class indexes（inclu- ding macro environment, industry environment, safety management, financial, operational, strategic decision-making, resource） and 32 second classindexes was proposed. By integrating ex- isting evaluation method of analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and accu- rate evaluation, a so-called AFA coal enterprise＇s comprehensive risk evaluation model was presented. The case showed that this method could effectively evaluate coal enterprise＇s comprehen- sive risk management level, and specific measures could be taken to reduce coal enterprise＇s risks.
