问题管理和标杆管理都具有简单易懂、便于操作、先进成熟的特点,对于煤矿行业具有广泛的适应性和普遍的针对性。通过两者管理流程的融合、再造,建立发掘问题寻标、研究问题定标、解决问题达标的工作路径,能够起到1+1大于2的作用,驱动安全管理实现螺旋式持续稳固上升。
The problem management and benchmarking management are both easy to under- stand, convenient to operate, advanced and mature, and have widespread adaptability and perti- nence for the coal industry. Through integration and reengineering of the management processes of each other, the working route of "to discover problem to seek benchmark, to research problem to confirm objective, to solve problem to reach goal" is established, which can play the role of " 1 plus 1 is greater than 2" to drive the safety management to realize spiral sustained steady rise.
