摘要 依据国家最新颁布的液压支架试验标准,利用有限元方法,选取顶梁两端集中载荷、顶梁扭转以及顶梁偏载3种工况对ZY6400/21/45型液压支架进行有限元强度分析。分析发现该支架在顶梁偏载时,掩护梁耳板附近出现了较大应力,接近材料的屈服极限,存在一定的强度安全隐患。通过对支架的整架分析,掌握支架的应力应变分布状况,并确定支架的易损结构以及部位,为液压支架的强度优化提供依据。 According to the latest hydraulic support test standards and using finite element method of China, the concentrated load on both ends, torsional load and eccentric load in the roof beam have been selected to conduct ZY6400/21/45 hydraulic support strength with finite element analysis. The results showed that the larger stress occurs at the ear plate under eccentric load, the maximum stress is close to the material yield limit. There is certain strength of security risks. Stress and strain distributions have been studied and the vulnerable structures have been deter- mined by analysis through the entire support, which provide the evidence for the optimization of powered support strength.
