摘要
针对煤矿井下工人安全特质测评指标选择的基础即人因失误情况进行了分析,制定了包括生理素质和心理素质的煤矿井下工人安全特质测评指标体系,分析比较了安全组和事故倾向组煤矿井下工人在不同测评指标上的表现。
The basis of evaluation index selection of safety feature of underground worker in coal mines, i.e. human error, was analyzed. The corresponding evaluation system was set up, including phys- iological and psychological quality. In addition, the different performance of underground workers in safety and accident tendency groups were compared and analyzed according to different evaluation indicators.
