血浆脑钠肽对严重脓毒血症预后判断的临床意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的:通过检测严重脓毒血症患者血浆脑钠肽(brainpeptide,BNP)的水平,探讨其对严重脓毒血症患者病情严重程度的关系及预后判断的意义。方法选取江苏省宜兴市人民医院及安徽医科大学附一院2011年1月~2012年12月在ICU住院治疗的严重脓毒血症患者(n=64),和一般感染患者为研究对象(n=60),并选取同期入院的非感染患者为对照组(n=60),所有患者于入院1 h内抽取静脉血送检,应用全自动免疫分析仪测定血浆BNP的水平。结果严重脓毒血症组血浆BNP水平明显升高,与一般感染组及对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。一般感染组血浆BNP水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论严重脓毒血症患者的血浆BNP水平较其他两组明显升高,且随着病情严重程度的加重而升高,说明严重脓毒血症患者在除外充血性心力衰竭因素时,临床上测定血浆BNP水平可以反映病情的轻重,有助于临床医生对脓毒血症进行早期诊断和严重程度分级。
