制约素质教育发展的宏观因素探析

摘要 当前 ,由应试教育向素质教育的改革正在全国推开。但具体的教学实践受着社会文化心理、教育管理体制和转型期的社会现实的制约 ,显得举步维艰。只有从众多制约因素入手 。 At present,the reform from test-aimed education to competence education is being extended throughout the country.But it is hard to under go it smoothly,because the real teaching practice is greatly influenced by the social and cultural psychology,educational regulatory regime and the social practice during this turning point.Only when we remove those restrictive factors,can we make the compentence education develop by leaps and bounds. [
