生产要素是指用于生产过程的劳动力、资本、土地、技术和企业家才能等社会经济资源。按生产要素分配规律各生产要素都可以而且应该参与收益的分配。在社会主义初级阶段 ,按生产要素分配有其存在的客观经济基础。因此 ,坚持按生产要素分配是社会主义初级阶段的分配规律 ,是对“坚持按劳分配为主体 ,多种分配方式并存制度”

Essential factors of production mean social economic resources such as labour power,capital,land,technology and the capabilities of entrepreneurs used in production processes.The profits of all the essential factors of prodution may and shall be distributed in accordance with their distribution regular pattern.There exists objective economic base on distribution according to essential factors of production at the primary stage of socialism.Therefore,adhering to distrbution according to essential factors of production gives expressions to distribution regular pattern at the primary stage of socialism and concretizes “the system of adhering distribution according to work as its mainstay and of coexistence of various modes of distribution' and enriches and develops Marxist theory of distribution.
