摘要
目的研究6-羟多巴胺(6-OHDA)损毁大鼠黑质致密部(SNc)后内侧前额叶皮层(mPFC)中锥体神经元NMDA受体敏感性的变化。方法应用在体细胞外电生理学记录的方法观察6-OHDA损毁大鼠SNc后,全身应用NMDA受体阻滞剂MK-801后锥体神经元放电频率的变化。结果全身应用NMDA受体阻滞剂MK-801后,PD组大鼠锥体神经元放电频率无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论帕金森病模型大鼠内侧前额叶皮层锥体神经元的NMDA受体敏感性下调。
[ Objective ] To study the neuronal activity of pyramidal neurons and the change of NMDA receptor sensitivity in mPFC of PD rat. [Methods] The change of the spontaneous firing of pyramidal neurons in mPFC after lesioned by 6-OHDA was observed by extracellular recording in vivo. [Result] In PD rats, the firing rate of pyrami- dal neurons in mPFC did not change when MK-801 was treated compared with baseline. [ Conclusion] NMDA re- ceptor sensitivity decreased in mPFC of PD rat.
