摘要 目的观察干扰素-γ对大鼠眼结膜嗜酸性粒细胞(Eos)浸润的影响。方法分别用不同剂量的白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子(Eotaxin)给Brown Norway(BN)大鼠行球结膜下注射,24 h后采集眼结膜组织进行Giemsa染色观察眼结膜嗜酸性粒细胞浸润情况。另选一组BN大鼠,观察球结膜下注射IL-4和IL-4+IFN-γ对大鼠眼结膜嗜酸性粒细胞浸润的影响。结果球结膜下注射IL-4能剂量依赖性增加嗜酸性粒细胞在眼结膜的浸润,其作用与Eotaxin相同。球结膜下注射IL-4+IFN-γ组较注射IL-4组眼结膜嗜酸性粒细胞浸润数明显减少。结论球结膜下注射IFN-γ可抑制眼结膜嗜酸性粒细胞浸润。 [ Objective ] To observe the effect of eosinophil infiltration of conjunctiva in Brown Norway (BN) rats. [ Methods ] The BN rats were subconjunetivally injected with different doses of IL-4 and eotaxin, the eosinophil in- filtrations of conjunctiva were observed with Giemsa staining. Other group BN rats were treated with IL-4 and IL-4 +IFN-γ the eosinophil infiltrations of conjunctiva were observed. [Results ] The subconjunctival injection of IL-4 inducedconjunctiva eosinophil infiltration in dose-dependent, IL-4 was same as potent as eotaxin. The eosinophil infiltration of eonjunctiva was lower in subconjunetival injection IL-4+IFN-γ group than in subeonjuctival injection IL-4 group. [ Conclusions ] The subconjunctival injection with IFN-γ may inhibit eosinophil infiltration of conjuncti- va.
