摘要:目的探讨Peabody运动发育量表(PDMS-2)及其配套训练方案在新生儿脑损伤患儿康复训练中的应用价值。方法选取年龄2~3个月脑损伤患儿116例随机分为A组、B组,并选取同期正常婴儿30例为对照组c纽。各组婴儿干预前均进行儿心量表评估,A组患儿干预前同时采用PDMS-2进行评估,并根据结果运用其配套训练方案进行干预,B组患儿采取常规康复治疗。3个月后再次对各组患儿用儿心量表进行发育评估。同时对治愈患儿进行治疗成本分析。结果3个月评估显示两组患儿发育商都有所提高,但A组患儿发育商显著高于B组(P〈0.05);治愈患儿成本分析,A组的平均住院时间及费用均小于B组,二者相比有显著性P〈0.05)。结论PDMS-2及其配套训练方案在脑损伤患儿早期干预中意义重大且可降低医疗成本。
[Objective] To study the application and cost benefit of peabody developmental motor scales 2 (PDMS-2) and the motor activities program in infants with brain injury. [ Methods ] 116 cases of infants with brain injury were randomly divided into A group (64 cases) and the B group (52 cases). A control group (C group) of 30 normal infants was adopted. Intervention with the motor activities program was only applied in the A group according to the results of PDMS-2 assessment. 3 months later, all cases wereevaluated again using the Developmental Diag- nostic Scale of Children aged 0-6 years. Usual physical examination and education were applied in the A group and the B group. [Results] Physical constitution and cure rate were no significant differences between the A group and B group (P 〉0.05); Development quotient (DQ) of the A group was higher than the B group (P 〈0.01); Compared with the B group, the length of hospital stay and cost were decreased in the A group(P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] The appli- cation of PDMS-2 and the motor activities program could improve motor functions of the infants with brain injury- with great value and thedecreased cost.
