成熟期光照强度对烤烟农艺性状及产质量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 [目的]为了探讨光照强度对烟叶浓香型风格特色形成的作用机理。[方法]在南雄特定生态区,在大田人工控制条件下,通过成熟期设置不同光照强度处理,研究光照强度对烤烟农艺性状及产质量的影响。[结果]随着光照强度减弱,烟叶落黄成熟推迟,大田生育期延长,烟株株高、节距增加,茎围、叶片宽度减少;烟叶产量、产值随着光照强度减弱呈下降的趋势,而上等烟比例和均价则呈先上升后下降的趋势;光照强度减弱烟叶总糖含量、还原糖含量和糖碱比有下降的趋势,而烟叶烟碱、氯离子和钾离子含量则有上升的趋势;随着光照强度减弱,烟叶香气质量有下降的趋势,遮光处理达到自然光强80%以下,杂气、刺激性增加,遮光处理达到自然光强40%以下,浓香型显示度降低,烟叶风格特色有从浓香型向中间香型转变的趋势。[结论]成熟期光照强度对烤烟农艺性状、经济性状和烟叶品质有较大的影响,对烟叶风格特色形成也有一定的影响。 [ Objective ] The aim was to discuss the mechanism of light intensity on tobacco Luzhoustyle features conformation. [ Method ] The effects of different light intensity during maturity stage on agronomical character, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied in Nanxiong areas. [ Result] With the reducing of light intensity, the maturity stage of tobacco leaves delayed, the field growth period deferred, the plant height and node length increased, the stem girth and leaf width decreased ; The yield and output value of tobacco decreased as light intensity weakened, while the proportion of superior tobacco and the average price increased firstly and then decreased; The content of total sugar content, reducing sugar content and the ratio of sugar to nicotine decreased as light intensity weakened, while the conteht of nicotine, chlorine and potassium increased ; As the reducing of light intensity, the aroma of tobacco leaves decreased, when the light intensity was the 80%-nature light intensity, the bad smell and irritation of smoke increased, and when the light intensity was the 40%-nature light intensity, the Luzhoustyle features decreased, and tobacco leaves style had the change tendency of from Luzhoustyle to intermediate flavor style. [ Conclusion] The light intensity at mature stage has big effects on agronomic traits, economic traits of flue-cured tobacco and tobacco leaves quality, and has some influence on tobacco leaves style features conformation.
