中等职业学校青年教师到企业参加实践的调查与思考

Investigation on Corporate Practice of Young Teachers from Secondary Vocational School

以笔者参加的企业实践经历为例,对目前中等职业学校青年教师到企业参加实践的情况进行了调查,总结了青年教师参加企业实践活动中青年教师个人、实践企业、青年教师所在学校三方对待实践活动的不同意见和态度,深刻分析了相关原因,并提出了相应的建议和对策。

Based on experience of corporate practice, young teachers from secondary vocational school participating in enterprise practice were investigated, different opinions and attitudes of middle-aged and young teachers, enterprises, schools were summarized, the reasons were deeply analyzed, and corresponding suggestions and countermeasures were put forward.
