救生舱是在矿井发生事故时为被困人员提供生存避险的密闭空间装备。在等待救援的过程中,舱内空气净化系统的首要问题就是人体产生的CO2气体污染物处理。对救生舱使用时CO2净化进行了一系列的试验,并通过真人生存模拟试验验证。空载试验时CO2处理能力不低于每人0.5 L/min;净化装置风速越高CO2处理能力越强;真人模拟试验中,24.2 kg药剂可供10人使用17 h。
The rescue capsule is the equipment that provides hedging for survival trapped in confined spaces in the mine accident. In the article, it carried out a series of tests for carbon dioxide purification as capsule working and had test validation by real life simulation. CO2 processing capacity as no - load test was not less than O. 5 L/rain per person; the higher wind speed of purification device was, the more powerful of purification for the carbon dioxide. In the honorable person simulation test, the 24.2 kg medicament may supply 10 people to use 17 h.
