矿用便携仪表镍氢电池充电器

Ni-MH Battery Charger of Mine-used Portable Instrument

摘要 针对传统的矿用便携仪表镍氢电池充电器存在电池虚充满,充电时间长和有记忆效应的问题,提出了一种可为3节1.5 Ah镍氢电池充电的充电器设计方案;充电器以MCP1631芯片为核心控制器,辅以放电回路形成脉冲充电器,还增加了温度检测、电压检测、充电电流检测功能。 Aiming at the issues of battery not fully charged, long charging time and memory effect, which exists in Ni - MH battery charger of traditional mine - used portable apparatus, a design scheme to charge three 1.5 Ah Ni - MH batteries is proposed. This charger is created by using MCP1631 as core controller, supplemented by discharge circuit, to form pulse charger. In addition, the functions of temperature detection, voltage detection and charging current detection are also added.
