摘要
校本课程开发是一项复杂的系统工程。其中,课程资源的挖掘、利用和优化配置是一个重要的前提条件。本文分别从教师、校长、课程专家、学生家长、社区人士五个维度,对校本课程开发中“人”的作用及其功能进行了论述。
School-based Curriculum development is a complex systems engineering. Degging. Utilizning and disposing curriculum resources is a key prerequisite. This article expounds the function of human resources in school-based curriculum, according to teacher、principal、curriculum expert、parent and community respectively.
