摘要
高校是基础研究的主力军、高新技术研究的重要方面军和科研成果转化的强大生力军,是国家哲学社会科学创新体系的重要力量。针对高校哲学社会科学研究成果转化所面临的问题,文章从转变思想观念、健全转化机制、完善评估体系、创新组织形式等方面提出有效措施,从而更加深刻认识高校哲学社会科学研究成果在服务党和政府决策,服务经济社会发展中所起的重要作用,更好地提升高校哲学社会科学研究成果转化能力。
Colleges plays an indispensible, important and powerful role in basic research, high - tech research, research results transformation as well as in the national philosophy and social sciences innovation system. However, there are still some problems existing in the transformation of philosophy and social sciences research achievements. To address them, this paper puts forward the following measures： changing the concept, improving the mechanism of transformation, perfecting the assessment system, and innovating the organization form, thereby, to further enhance the ability of transformation of philosophy and social sciences research results in colleges and universities.
