加味苇茎汤治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效观察及对C反应蛋白水平的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的观察加味苇茎汤治疗社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的临床疗效及对血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法将66例CAP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组患者均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上给予加味苇茎汤加减口服,连续治疗7 d后评价疗效。两组治疗前后测定患者血清CRP水平结果,分析血清CRP水平变化情况。结果临床疗效治疗组总有效率为91.2%,对照组68.8%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);血清CRP水平治疗前后对照,治疗组及对照组均有显著性下降(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组;治疗组在体温稳定时间、肺部啰音消失时间、X线胸片炎症吸收时间、平均住院时间均较对照组明显缩短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论加味苇茎汤参与治疗CAP能显著提高临床疗效,并能调节CRP的释放,具有下调炎性反应的作用。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jia - wei - wei - jing - decotion in the treatment of community acquired - pneu- monia (CAP) and its impact on CRP. Methods 66 patients with CAP were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. All patients were treated with the conventional therapy. The treatment group was additionally treated with Jia - wei - wei - jing - decotion. The level of CRP was detected before and after the treatment. The clinical efficacy was evaluated 7 days after the treatment. Results The total effective rate was 91.2% in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (68.8%) with significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). After the treatment, the level of CRP decreased more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The duration of hospital stay, the time of temperature stability, the time of the rale of lung disappear and inflammation absorption in X - ray chest radiograph decreased more obviously in the treatment group than in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no serious adverse events in the two groups. Con- clusion Jia - wei - wei - jing - decotion can significantly improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with CAP, affect the release of CRP, and regulate inflammatory response.
