摘要
目的检测乳腺癌中LOX-5及CD34的表达,分析LOX-5、CD34在乳腺癌中可能的作用及相互关系。方法采用免疫组化染色的方法共检测乳腺癌组织60例、乳腺纤维腺瘤组织及癌旁组织各20例中LOX-5与CD34的表达情况,分析其之间的相关性。结果以CD34标记的微血管密度(MVD)值在乳腺癌组(36.23±11.45)明显高于癌旁组(29.12±10.37)和乳腺纤维腺瘤组(30.01±9.58),且MVD值与LOX-5的阳性表达间存在正相关性。结论 LOX-5与以CD34标记的MVD值在乳腺癌组织中的表达呈正相关。提示LOX-5在乳腺癌发生、发展和微血管生成的过程中起到重要作用,因此,检测LOX-5蛋白的表达增高具有乳腺癌临床诊断和靶向治疗的意义。
Objective To explore the role of LOX - 5 in detection of breast cancer and the possible correlation between expression of CD34 and LOX - 5, and to study their role in development of breast cancer. Methods Samples of breast cancer tissue ( n = 60), tumor - adja- cent tissue (n = 20) and breast adenofibroma (n = 20 ) were examined for the expression of LOX -5 and CD34 by immuno -histochmical S -P method. The relationship between LOX -5 and CD34 expression and clinicopathological features had been analyzed. Results The 1V[VD value (36.23 ±11.45 ) marked by CD34 in breast cancer group was obviously higher than that of adjacent group (29.12 ±10.37 ) and breast adenofi- broma group (30.01 ±9.58). There was positive correlation between MVD value and expression of LOX - 5. Conclusion The positive expres- sion of LOX - 5 and value of MVD marked by CD34 in breast cancer tissue were positively correlated. The occurrence, development and microvas- cular generation of Tip LOX - 5 play an important role in the process of pathogenesis of breast cancer, therefore, the detection of increased expres- sion of LOX - 5 protein is helpful in clinical diagnosis and targeted therapy for breast cancer.
