摘要
目的探讨胃癌组织中缺氧诱导因子(HIF)-1α、Bax和Bcl-2蛋白的表达及其与胃癌浸润程度的相关性。方法选择2012年12月至2013年11月期间确诊为胃癌的患者122例,其中局部溃疡型22例,浸润溃疡型26例,局部浸润型29例,弥漫浸润型24例,多发癌21例。采用免疫组化检测不同类型胃癌患者病灶组织中HIF-1α、Bax和Bcl-2表达量。结果随着浸润程度增加,HIF-1α阳性率显著增加(F=9.312,P=0.001),Bax阳性率显著降低(F=12.115,P=0.003),Bcl-2阳性率显著增加(F=9.354,P=0.006)。结论病灶组织中HIF-1α、Bax和Bcl-2表达量具有预测胃癌浸润程度的潜在价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of hypoxia inducible factor - 1 ( HIF - 1 ), Bax and Bcl - 2 in gastric tissue and tumor invasion. Methods 122 patients were diagnosed as gastric cancer from December 2012 to November 1013. The 122 pa- tients included 22 cases of local ulcer type, 26 cases of infiltration ulcerative type, 29 cases of infiltration type, 24 cases of infiltration type, 21 ca- ses of multiple primary cancer assays were used to detect the expression of hypoxia inducible factor - 1 ( HIF - 1 ), Bax and Bcl - 2 in lesions in patients with different types of gastric cancer. Results With the degree of invasion increasing, the HIF - 1 positive rates increased significantly ( F = 9.312, P = 0. 001 ). The Bax positive rates decreased significantly ( F = 12.115, P = 0. 003 ) and the Bcl - 2 posi- tive rates increased significantly ( F = 9. 354, P = 0.006). Conclusion The expression of HIF - 1, Bax and Bcl - 2 in lesions has the potential value for evaluating the degrees of gastric carcinoma.
