新型社区下城市公共设施研究初探

Research on city public facilities of new community

以北京地区为例,对天通苑社区的形成与发展进行了介绍,并对社区存在的交通拥堵、公共设施不足、职住分离等问题作了分析,进一步阐述了城市公共设施对社区影响的重要性,以供参考借鉴。

Taking Beijing area as an example, this paper introduced the formation and development of Tiantongyuan community, and analyzed the traffic congestion, lack of public facilities, workplace and residence separation existed in community, further elaborated the importance of city public facilities to the community influence, for reference.
