分析了爆破作业中产生盲炮的原因,探讨了识别深孔爆破出现盲炮的方法,提出了处理盲炮危害的措施及残余爆破器材的回收方法,指出盲炮是由于穿爆设计错误及违反规程作业而导致,必须认真查处,严防盲炮事故的发展、蔓延。

This paper analyzed the causes of blind shot in blasting operation, discussed the methods identification of blind shots in deep hole blas- ting, put forward the measures treatment of blind shot risks and the recycling method of residual blasting equipments, pointed out that the blind shot was caused by drilling and blasting design errors and violations of operation rules, must be seriously investigated, strictly prevented the de- velopment and spread of blind shot accidents.
