对自制的专用钢筋骨架吊架工艺原理进行了说明,结合工作经验,探讨了道桥施工中预制箱梁梁体钢筋整体入模工艺,并对预制场的布置、梁体钢筋绑扎、拼装内模等操作要点作了总结,指出采用此方法施工具有良好的经济效益、社会效益及节能效益。

This paper introduced the hanger process principle of homemade special rebar framework, combining with the work experience, dis- cussed the rebar whole mold process of precast box girder in road and bridge construction, and summarized the operation key points of precast field arrangement, beams rebar banding, assembling inner mold etc. , pointed out that using this method to construction had good economic bene- fit, social benefit and energy saving benefit.
