According to the evaluation on old roads on some National Line and the investigation on the traffic volume in Shannxi, the paper identi- fies the cement stabilized cold-in-place recycling thickness, analyze its influence on the mixture strength based on the new materials with various specifications in the design of the proportional mix, and proves by the result that the new materials with the mixing specification of 10 mm - 30 mm can enhance the recycling mixture＇s strength effectively when the aggregate of the old asphalt roadbed materials is smaller, so the result for the proportion mixing ratio is one of the factors for the recycling schemes.
