摘要
根据项目管理历程和不同时期项目责任成本管理的重点,从投标、开工前、施工及竣工收尾阶段入手,对制梁场阶段性的成本控制进行了探讨,指出只有提高管理水平,加强经济核算,才能实现企业做强做优的发展目标。
According to the project management process and the key points of project responsibility cost management under different stages, from the before construction bidding, construction and completion final stage, discussed the cost control of prefabricated beam field stage, pointed out that only improved the management level, strengthened economic accounting, could realize the development goals of stronger, better of enterprises.
