从建设工程安全生产管理出发,分析了建立健全建设项目安全生产管理制度的意义和必要性,针对施工现状论述了安全生产制度不够完善所带来的事故隐患,从多方面指出应加强和健全建设工程安全生产管理制度,以强化建筑施工安全生产管理,从而促进建筑业安全健康有序发展。
