摘要
结合现阶段代建管理中存在的一些问题和实践经验,对代建制应着重改善的代建单位地位问题、代建单位管理水平问题、代建费的计取等问题进行了归纳和总结,提出了代建制管理的建议,以充分发挥代建制的作用。
Combining with some problems and practical experience in the agent construction management, the paper sums up the improvement of the status of the agent construction units, the management of the agent construction units, and charges for the agent construction fee in the agent construction system, and points out some suggestions for the agent construction management, so as to exert the full roles of the system.
