摘要
以伤害性刺激引起的操作式条件反射作为痛指标,在5只可活动的猕猴额叶皮层内注射微量氯化钙观察其对皮肤痛阈和针刺镇痛的影响。结果:①额叶皮层内注射微量氯化钙的48次实验中,37次使对侧肢体皮肤痛阈明显升高(P<0.01),9次变化不明显,2次下降;②10次实验中,7次发现同侧肢体皮肤痛阈明显升高(P<0.05);③皮层内注射微量氯化钙的27次实验中,15次明显增强针刺镇痛效应,8次未见明显增强针刺镇痛效应,4次明显拮抗针刺镇痛效应;④每只猕猴在额叶注射同样剂量生理盐水,未见皮肤痛阈明显变化(P>0.05)。本实验表明钙离子参与额叶对外周皮肤痛阈及针刺镇痛的调制作用。
This investigation is to study whether calcium ions in the frontal lobe take part in modu-
lating pain sensation of the peripheral skin and acupuncture analgesia. The experiments were performed
on 5 concious monkeys (Macaca Mulatta). Operant conditioning elicited by noxious stimulation acted as
an indicator of pain. The influence of frontal lobe intracortical microinjection of CaCl_2 on pain threshold
of the peripheral skin and acupuncture analgesia was observed. The results obtained were as follows: ① In
37 out of 48 tests, the pain threshold of the contralateral limb skin was elevated significantly (P<
0. 01) during intracortical injection of CaCl_2 into the frontal lobe, But in 12 tests, the pain threshold
did not change significantly, and in 2 tests, the pain threshold was lowered. ② In 7 out of 10 tests, the
pain threshold of the ipsilateral limb skin was also elevated ( P<0. 05) during injecting CaCl_2 into the
frontal lobe. ③ In 15 out of 27 tests, the acupuncture analgesia was enhanced by injecting CaCl_2 into
the frontal lobe. But in 8 tests, the effect of acupuncture analgesia did not change significantly, and in 4
tests, the effect of acupuncture analgesia was lowered greatly . ④ The pain threshold did not change
significantly during injecting the same dosage of saline into the frontal lobe of each experimental mon-
key. Our present work suggests that calcium ions in the frontal lobe take part in modulating the pain sen-
sation of the skin and acupuncture analgesia.
