摘要
从企业在社会经济活动中的特点和地位看,可以将小型企业、微型企业、个体工商户、农户归为一类,统称为"小微实体"。针对"小微实体"的发展、融资及征信现状,应当借助互联网、移动互联网、计算机和现代通信等新技术建立小微征信服务互联网平台,处理"小微实体"信用信息的报送、维护、加工、异议处理、产品展示等征信业务。
From the point of economic and social activities, the small and medium-size enterprises, individual busi-nesses and farmers, as a whole, can be called MSMEs entity. The paper analyzed the development, financing and credit of the MSMEs. It put forward that with the help of the Internet, mobile web, new technologies, such as com-puter and communication technology, we can establish an internet service platform for MSMEs credit reference to handle such business as the submission, maintenance, processing, and objection settlement of credit information of the MSMEs entity, and so on.
