摘要
辅导员集教育者、管理者、指导者、服务者等于一体,是学校与家长、社会之间沟通的桥梁,是从事学生思想政治工作的骨干力量。辅导员缺少职业忠诚感、身份认定边缘化和辅导员管理体制不完善等制约了其管理水平的提高。应当完善高校辅导员制度,建立公平有效的激励机制,制订切实可行的发展规划。
College counselor, combined with educator, administrator, director and server, is the communication bridge of school, parents, society and the main power engaging in students' ideological and political work. Lack of professional loyalty, marginalization of identification and imperfect counselor management system restricts college counselors' management level. We should improve the college counselor system, establish a fair and effective incen-tives mechanism and formulate feasible development plans.
