贯彻党的"十八大"精神和高校大学生党员队伍及其党建的现状迫切要求加强党的先进性和纯洁性建设。依据道德的本质,道德与党的先进性和纯洁性密切关联。从"以德树人"的角度,分别从自律与他律的层面探索大学生党员队伍的先进性和纯洁性建设路径,即通过提高大学生党员的德性,激发其"自律"的内在良心力量,建构大学生党员队伍先进性与纯洁性建设的相关策略与措施;同时,通过完善相关制度、建构有效机制,发挥规范"他律"的外部约束力量,与德性"自律"共同推进大学生党员先进性与纯洁性建设。

In the new era, implementing the spirit of ＂18th Party Congress＂ and the current situa- tion of college students party members and the party demands to strengthen the construction of the party＇s advanced nature and purity. According to the nature of morality, ethics and the party＇s advanced nature and purity closely related, from the perspective of ＂ shaping people with virtue＂, college students＂ advancement and the purity of the party member troop construction path of self-disci- pline and heteronomy is explored, that is, from improving the virtue of the university student party members inspire its inner conscience force ＂ self-discipline＂, to construct the college student party member progressiveness and purity of the construction of the relevant strategies and measures. At the same time, by perfecting the related system, constructing the effective mechanism and making full use of constraint forces, together with the ＂self-discipline＂ the construction of college student party mem- bers＂ progressiveness and purity can be promoted.
